Eric and Carolyn are not just any team, they have been married for 27 years and love working together, which in turn brings unique expertise and a personal touch to every client interaction. Being born and raised in Benton and living in Little Rock for over 15 years gives Eric and Carolyn valuable insight and knowledge into the many diverse communities of Central Arkansas and the surrounding area.
Before entering real estate, Eric obtained his B.A. in Political Science, then received a Contractor's license in order to work at his family's business, Allied Glass for 9 years. He worked in thousands of homes and gained hands-on knowledge while garnering business management and sales experience before realizing he wanted to work with Carolyn and more directly with clients.
Both highly organized and meticulous, Eric excels in managing projects from start to finish and keeping track of all details along the way. E-pro certified, Eric is up-to-the-minute on all technology involving real estate, a critical skill in today’s market.
Carolyn has always been an entrepreneur, passionate about business and relationships, receiving an Associate of Arts degree before deciding to go into the Beauty and personal care business. She opened a Concept Salon in the '90s and was highly successful for well over a decade, developing a loyal client base. Carolyn always had an underlying desire to be in Real Estate and made the decision to do so after being encouraged by friends and family who knew she would be just right for the field. Real estate fits her dynamic personality and entrepreneurial spirit. Carolyn works with unparalleled energy, drawing from her innate compassion and communication skills. It is natural for her to help buyers and sellers make the best decisions throughout the often stressful and emotional events of a typical Real Estate transaction. Carolyn's attention to detail, eye for design, and creativity enable her to properly advise clients on how to prepare their homes for listing and maximizing marketing. Carolyn is very personable, displaying empathy for everyone she meets.
